A dream in Grand Prairie
In 2007, we opened our first kitchen in Grand Prairie with a simple belief: homestyle cooking and all-day breakfast bring a community to the table. The food was made with care, the coffee was hot, and the door was always open.
Growing roots across DFW
Word traveled fast — by 2010 we had a second home in Arlington, and eventually a third in Irving. Every location carries the same recipes, familiar faces, and front-porch welcome as the original.
Two traditions, one table
Chicken fried steak and red chilaquiles sit side by side on our menu, and café de olla brewed with cinnamon is just as welcome here as a bottomless cup of diner coffee. It's not fusion — it's just how we eat in Texas.
